2.1 Name, Email ID, Shipping and Billing Address, Phone Number - This data is collected directly from Users of the Website. This data is used to identify the User, deliver goods and services, identify "lookalike" customers and for security and fraud prevention.

2.2 Commercial Information - We do not collect payment card numbers and pins. Checkout happens through a third party portal of our payment gateway. We are provided details of the mode of payment and the bank used. We may use this information to provide targeted discounts and promotions and to analyze sources of traffic.

2.3 Internet and network activity like IP addresses and location - We collect this data automatically when you visit our Website. This data is used to analyse location based aggregate data and sources of traffic. We also use this data to provide goods or services and targeted promotions.

2.4 Communication data - We store all call records and whatsapp communication with Users. This is used for quality, training purposes and for safety and fraud prevention

It's important to be aware that deleting specific Personal Information may result in the cancellation of your registration on the Website and the potential loss of access to certain features.

Shipping Policy
V Soul Care shall use third party services for Shipping and Delivery services Intercity, Intracity in India as well as for Overseas Shipment. While V Soul Care decides on the Shipping partner based on Customer Service record, pricing and time to delivery etc, V Soul Care cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or inadequacies in the shipping process which are over and above the basic sending and receiving of Goods in good condition.
Shipping Time is usually shall be as below.

1. In Chennai – Min Same Day – Max 1 Week

2. Rest of India Min Next Day – Max 3 Weeks

Cancellation Policy

You hereby acknowledge that sometimes ‘V Soul Care’ has to cancel your orders for various reasons – the product could be out-of-stock, of unacceptable quality, etc. Once an order has been canceled, the refund amount will be credited back to your account.

There might be a chance that you might have ordered a non-cancellable product. We will work on your request. No order shall be canceled by the customer after the dispatch of the product by ‘V Soul Care’

In case of cancellation of order by you within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

Returns & Refund Policy

All the products once sold, cannot be exchanged, refunded and return. However, in the interest of the customer, In case of receipt of defective product, All you need to do is email us within 24 hours from the receipt of product at vsoulcare@gmail.com. All eligible order shall be exchanged with same SKU subject to availability of stock.

At ‘V Soul Care, we strive to give you the excellent shopping experience, as possible. Accordingly, considering that, opened or damaged products by customers cannot be exchanged, we cannot accept the exchange of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We will try to collect all possible information from you.

We regret we won’t be able to pick up products you wish to return. Instead, we request you to courier the package yourself. In such a case, all you have to do is share your airway bill (AWB) with us and after we receive the product and a quality check is completed by ‘V Soul Care’.

Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories and should be intact. ‘V Soul Care’ will not accept your return in absence of these.

Upon receipt of your return request from you, we will assess the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint and found genuine. We will process your request for replacement with regard to the damaged/defect product. The replacements will be accepted for only eligible items.

‘V Soul Care’ is not responsible for any damage caused at the time of reverse delivery of the Product.

For Refunds please note the following –

'V Soul Care’ shall not accept the return of product for refund. However, upon the receipt of request from customer regarding the complaint as stated and ‘V Soul Care’ unable to process the exchanged product then only in such case, below mention refund procedure shall follows:

• If you have paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, ‘V Soul Care’ will Refund the amount in customers Bank account as per the details given by them from the same registered Email id through with they have ordered at www.vsoulcare.com

• For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will be in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time at www.vsoulcare.com 

• By placing an order through www.vsoulcare.com ,You agree to aforesaid conditions and any dispute raised by you towards the same shall be considered as waived off without any demand, claim, compensations, expenses, etc.
